Mel Gibson Calls Ex-Girlfriend the "C" Word; Uses "N" Word Warning Her She WIll Be Raped

Oksana Grigorieva, the former girl friend of Mel Gibson and the mother of his eight month old child, has relapsed tape recordings in which Gibson rants at her, calls her the "C" word, and threatens to burn down her "f-----g" house. He also uses the pejorative "N" word in a racist rant where he attacks her clothing, claiming that she will be raped by African Americans if she goes out dressed in her wardrobe.

He also drops the "F" bomb quite frequently.

The tapes, which Grigorieva claims she made to protect herself from the violent Gibson, further sully the faded superstar's image, which took a bad hit in 2006 when he made anti-Semitic slurs after being busted while driving drunk by a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff who was Jewish. (The holier-than-thou unorthodix Roman Catholic Gibson already had been accused of anti-Semitism by filming The Passion of the Christ. His movie was based on a novel written by a nun who believed in the "blood libel" that the Jews were responsible for the death of Jesus Christ.)

In an exclusive, the Web site Radar published the text of the tapes.

Grigorieva and Gibson are locked in a custody battle over their daughter Lucia, who was born last October. The struggle between the two has grown progressively nastier in the past two weeks, with Gibson being cast as the villain.

Racist Rant

In the most shocking rant recorded by Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson attacks her looks and the way she dresses, claiming that "a pack of n-----s" would rape her if she wore such garb outside of the home.

"You look like a "f-----g pig in heat," he informs her.

Gibson frequently uses the "C" word in attacking her verbally. Gibson also calls her a word beginning with the letter "B" that polite people do not use out of a kennel as well as a "whore." Their child is heard on the tapes screaming in the background.

"You are the most synthetic person," Gibson tells her on the tape. "Who the f--k are you?" he asks rhetorically.

The tapes were provided to Radar by a source sympathetic to Gibson's "baby mama." Grigorieva secretly taped GIbson to prove that he is violent and a threat to her and her baby and may use them in court proceedings against him.

Restraining Orders

The two have been locked in an increasingly public -- and increasingly embarrassing to Mel Gibson -- custody battle. The custody agreement between the two gives both 50-50 custody over their daughter, and Gibson's lawyer says that Oksana Grigorieva is trying to renege on the agreement and limit the Oscar-winner's access to Lucia.

She took out a domestic restraining order against Gibson at the beginning of last week. Gibson went to court and got her order modified to allow himself visiting rights to his daughter and to try to prevent his former mistress from going public with any charges.

"Making sensational allegations is not the way to resolve this," Gibson's lawyer told the Web site TMZ. The lawyer said the actor wants a resolution to their conflict worked out in court, not in the press.

Grigorieva has gone public with charges that Gibson physically attacked her this past January, knocking out teeth, breaking her nose, and giving her a concussion. Gibson's friends have said that the actor/director/producer admits there was an altercation between the two, but he did not physically hurt her; rather, he intervened when she was shaking Lucia.

The relationship between the two has decayed into a "He said, she said" scenario being played out in the world's tabloids. Gibson had hoped their parting would be amicable.
