Mel Gibson Vs Oksana Grigorieva, Gibson's Battle for Credibility

Mel Gibson strikes back with evidence of Oksana Grigorieva extortion and his own form of "supervised" visits with baby Lucia.

The latest TMZ news surrounding Mel Gibson's "supervised" visits by an "independent" observer picked by Gibson's side of the fence. Whether by court suggestion, order or Gibson's way of proving that he's not a threat, the observations should shed light on how Gibson treats baby Lucia - these days. But rest assure, whoever reports of the visitations, most likely, will give Gibson some form of credibility - just in time for the courtroom battle.

Prior to Gibson's attempt to gain credibility Gibson had to attempt in breaking Gigorieva's. His ex-girlfriend seemingly was geared to expose Gibson's dark sides, all of them. However, there tends to be a money issue never resolved. Blair Berk, Gibson's attorney, presented evidence of extortion against Mel by Grigorieva to the Sheriff's deputies as the Sheriff's spokesperson confirmed to TMZ that the authorities will be "looking" into it. Thus far, there is no word of any criminal wrong doing. But when did extortion come in?

Who hasn't heard the "Mel Gibson" meltdown, semi-confirmed to be Mel, where a man yells vulgar threats while cursing like a drunk sailor? Within the 30 minute tape, broken up into clips and released on Radar Online, the man mentions money in all a rage, Oksana, confirmed voice, responds of a signature and being broke between reopening old wounds of abuse.

The signature surrounds an almost reached agreement between Gibson and Grigorieva. Oksana was to sign a short agreement then the long detailed agreement while Mel and Oksana were in mediation. Oksana chose the shorter path, not the lengthy one, but why? She seemingly changed her mind, didn't feel comfortable as if she were pushed into the deal, "coerced" as defined by TMZ.

Or was there a better deal outside of child custody mediation? Was it not enough to take the $15 Million deal offered to simply walk away with enough money to take care of years to come with child support, a house, and other spoils? Rumor has it that Oksana simply wanted "supervised" visits, something the long agreement failed to mention.

But as we find out Gibson is taking his own path to accomplishing just that.

This battle can go two ways - Oksana or Mel - one has to question why a new agreement with the same financial decor in addition to accepting the independent observer as a form of supervised visitation has not re-entered mediation. If offered, one has to question why Oksana wouldn't accept - at this point.
