Mel's Side: Oksana Grigorieva Mel Gibson Tapes, Explosive Ending!

Radar Online's executive vice-president and creator David Perel made an appearance on HLN's Joy Behar Show with new information, if you hadn't already heard, surrounding the five audio tapes released between allegedly Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

Radar Online dismisses rumors that Oksana sold them the lengthy thirty minute tape that was and still is divided and released daily. Truth is, Perel shared that no money was given surrounding the tape(s).

Who is their source? Perel's not talking except to suggest that there was a lot of good investigative work completed following a restraining order report while dancing around HLN's Joy Behar's question.

The big moment, according to Perel, is about to come. Saving the best (or worst) for last? Twenty minutes of tape has already been released on Radar Online with ten additional minutes of the "most controversial" about to be unleashed. That's a scary upcoming thought.

During the Mel Gibson debate on the Joy Behar Show Stephen Baldwin suggested the Radar Online tapes were a set up by Oksana Grigorieva against Mel Gibson. Baldwin focused on the buttons Oksana may have pushed to get such a response, and Baldwin's not alone on that angle. As you could gather, Joy pretty much would rather have Gibson's mouth washed out with soap.

Questions surfaced of whether the tape recorded rants were tampered with according to our favorite source TMZ. Ever have an excellent mixing board? With our Yamaha we could make Oksana's voice sound like Daffy Duck if we wanted to after splicing and dicing Mel's sentences into a frenzy. It's not that far fetched. Especially when Oksana is calm and no names are mentioned, such as Oksana or Mel. Also, Oksana is no stranger to a mixing board it would seem - she's a professional pianist, songwriter and singer.

We explore the path of a mixing board - where would Oksana get pieces of Mel Gibson rant to put together like a puzzle?

Could Mel have been brushing up on the character Thomas Craven for the movie Edge of Darkness? Seen it, good movie, classic Mel. In the movie Thomas Craven's daughter is murdered and falls into his arms leaving the homicide Boston Police Department detective on a rampage in a maze of secrets for answers. But, as you guessed, Mel's character did not say some of the words heard on the Radar Online tape(s). So, what else could the words have been stripped from, if stripped at all?

Could the words be from practiced scenes from Mel's upcoming movie How I Spent My Summer Vacation about a career criminal put in a tough prison in Mexico? We could see Mel's character go off on a female Mexican guard taking his bribe but probes him anyway. However, according to Brownsville Herald the movie includes a 9-year-old character who assists the criminal in surviving - there goes that pre-taped logic!

It's going to be a needle in a haystack as to where the words came from - if "included" from another time or place.

Oksana's past is just as important as Mel's. Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, share a daughter, Lucia. Both adults have more than over a decade of differences - they seemingly define salt and pepper, sun and moon, day and night. A young Oksana married actor Timothy Dalton, now 64, in 1997. Dalton was in Wuthering Heights during the same year Oksana was born in Russia. They have a son together, Alexander, according to Wikipedia.

The comparisons can be interesting. Such as, it's evident that Oksana likes older actors. However, two actors and two children does not say much. Yet there is no information surrounding Oksana's divorce with Dalton - it may be interesting to find out what transpired there.

Aside research there is a key factor that is overlooked by many - permission - willing to be recorded.

According to Fox News Mark Geragos told Pop Tarts (sounds good) that it would ultimately be up to the judge whether or not Oksana could face charges for taping another person without their permission - permission - permission! However, there is a chance the judge finds no wrong doing on Oksana's part - it's the exception to the California penal code rule.

Since there is an order against release of anything to do with the case between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva why not investigate Radar Online to figure out whether or not Oksana went against the order? Could Oksana be playing two sides of a coin, above the law?

As Joy Behar stated - it wasn't the baby that gave Radar Online the thirty minute explosive tape(s). Did the butler do it or Professor Plum?

Let's face it. What some call racist remarks, others do not. Some claim it's Mel's voice, others think it's not. Some suggest Oksana is extorting money from Mel, others suggest Oksana is doing nothing of the sort. It's a mixed up bag of nuts, to say the least. But one cannot escape the true mystery - where did the tape(s) come from, if not Oksana? Even though Oksana claimed to be the one speaking, the one taping, the one...the one...

So, as we explored possible tape tampering, lack of permission to record, potential tape leak somewhere or a court order ignored, outside of the Gibson critic room, we end on a final note.

If Oksana is such an angel then why is she denying to some extent Mel's (if Mel on tape) claims that she sucked him financially dry? Because after they split Mel purchased a $3 million home for her and their daughter to live in. To top it off, as reported by TMZ, Oksana claimed lack of child support from Mel in late June of 2010. After the $3 mill home, a car, and - dare we say it - health insurance? Many would not have used such a vulgar display on the phone but if, in fact, it were you - some choice words may have been shared.

And these are the reasons why Mel Gibson still gains support.
