Members of Parliament: Prince William Will Marry Kate Middleton

Looks like things are starting to get serious for Prince William. According to several reports, Members of Parliament announced that the Prince will marry. His bride? His long-term girlfriend, Kate Middleton.

However, Clarence House refused to comment on the plans.

There is also no word on how The Queen and Prince Charles feels about this relationship.

The Relationship

While attending the University of St. Andrews during 2001, Prince William met Kate. The couple started dating during the Christmas holiday in 2003.

Media has flocked after the two lovebirds ever since their first public appearance as a couple in April 2004 while on a ski trip in Klosters. It has been speculated that the couple will eventually become engaged, as it is clear their relationship has grown.

Kate now realizes that being the girlfriend of a Prince is not a easy task. Especially one to the man that will one day become King. She is constantly photographed while on her daily outings. Kate has even complained through her lawyer about the constant harassment, stating that she has not done anything to cause such publicity.

The media attention has even traveled to her home, where photographs was published in a German magazine revealing the location.

Since then, Kate has received her own 24-hour security detail which is supplied by the Royalty and Diplomatic Protection Department.

About Kate Middleton

Catherine Elizabeth "Kate" Middleton was born on January 9, 1982. She was born at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, Berkshire (England). Kate is the daughter of Michael and Carole Middleton.

Kate attended St. Andrew's School in Pangbourne until she reached the age of 13. She then was transferred to Marlborough College, which is a public school. Middleton completed her education at St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland - the same college that Prince William attended. She graduated in 2005 with high honors. Kate received her degree in History of Art.
