On Memorial Day, Monday May 25, 2009 at 10:45 am the parade will start from the parking lot behind Wilbur Chocolate Company, in Lititz Pennsylvania. The parade, complete with the Scout Troops and Marching Band will head South on Broad Street, then turn heading West onto Main Street. It then proceeds towards the Moravian Church. At the church, the parade turns Right heading up the lane to the cemetery behind Moravian Church. Scout troops will then place flowers on the graves of soldiers that have served our country. A short service will follow. The speaker for the service has yet to be announced. When the speaker is finished, a gun salute is usually provided by active military personnel.
