On Memorial Day I will say remember me
because I am writing you this Memorial
Day Poem, this is a day to remember
all that I've done on this Memorial DAY
I will spend my time writing Memorial
Day Poems because this is the only day
where everyone stop and remember the past

This is a day where people are remembered
for what they have accomplished and they may
not be here today to help remember all that have past

remember the soldiers who didn't have to but did
