Memorial Day Recipe: No Chop Macaronni Salad

Quick and Easy

Barbie Crafts
Memorial Day Weekend marks the first of summer to most of us, and we celebrate with picnics. No picnic is complete without macaroni salad, but who has time for all that chopping? The stuff you buy in the store is horrid.

Here is a great recipe for those times you don't have the ingredients on hand or don't have time to do all that preliminary work. You want to get outside and enjoy the weekend!

Ingredients:
1 box elbow macaroni
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons mustard
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onions
1 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Celery Flakes
2 Tablespoons of Pickle Relish
A finishing sprinkle of salt, pepper, celery salt, and paprika

Boil, drain, and cool the macaroni. While it cooks, mix the other ingredients well and allow to sit.

Mix the dressing into the macaroni. Sprinkle with celery salt and paprika, if desired.
Cover and chill.

Before serving, stir and add an additional amount of mayonnaise, if necessary, a small amount at a time.
