Mercury bulbs have their place,
But forceful laws
Can be considered rude
And out of place.
Some politicians don't know
Or don't care,
That incandescent light bulbs,
Sometimes are used for heat purposes.
It takes someone
With down home sense
To know that.
So why the spat?
People formerly using bulbs
For heat and light,
Are not being asked nice
To buy new shine
And additional heaters.
Without consideration
Or just being clueless,
The results are the same.
Even without transparency,
We know what's to blame.
Must chicken houses now use bulbs
With mercury enclosed.
Get your heads right
And try to learn
What you don't know.

Post a CommentI'm pro choice when it comes to lightbulbs.
We use a light bulb hung down in our washing machine which is in an unheated garage in the wintertime. How are we going to use that bulb for heat after the bulbs are all gone?
so well said...
