She desired to find happiness in someone else without consideration of the costs.
She thought he felt the same but he struggled to balance the nature of his intentions.
He is not the bad guy just a victim of love's misleading circumstances.
He doesn't want to break her heart but if he stays he would only be pacifying her.
He decides to leave and for a long time inside of her bitterness plants its seed.
One day the pain subsides and in a new relationship she finds her role has changed.
She's found an extraordinary love but her mutual feelings just aren't there.
A lesson is learned and found in a message in a bottle beside her bed.
The message reads,
"These words may hurt to know.
But a heart can't be made to feel something it won't
Right or wrong love decides who it wants to appeal to
Please learn to appreciate these truths
Because it's far better than being lied to."
