Message to My Readers: Covering Non-Religious Issues

Benjamin Ira Mikell
I have thought about this for awhile, debating whether I should solely remain with publishing articles and other pieces of a religious nature or try to branch out and show others that I care about non-religious issues that others care about. Before any first impressions of this is made, let me make it clear that any reflection of non-religious matters will be pure and approached with a Christ-like view. In other words, I will only talk about non-religious matters that are approved by God and will not risk myself losing my soul for eternity.

What you will not see is any ranting about a particular non-religious issue. Furthermore, what I am not doing here is neglecting my number one priority which is to write about what the Bible teaches concerning various issues. You will see more of this than material dealing with a non-religious issue. When I write about a particular non-religious issue, the article will indicate whether this is coming from what the Bible teaches or my opinion. I will not push my opinion on another. But, I will encourage the reader to study what I have written that is taught from the word of God.

The point of this message to my readers is to let them know that I care about other issues in addition to religious matters. I want to share with each of you my thoughts and concerns about certain issues such as a variety of political issues that affect our lives as a Christian. I am not going to talk about sports issues unless someone is exhibiting Christ-like characteristics even though he or she may or not be a child of God.
