Metaverse TV (MBC : ACE) ended five months of complete company silence to shareholders with the recent posting of financials and announcement of a new channel.

CEO Robustus Hax may be up for SL-Entreprenuer's Entrepreneur of the Year Award, but hopefully shareholders won't be the ones voting for or against him.

While Hax was quick to respond to inquiries made by SLReports.net concerning the recent rumors of an MBC(ACE) buyout, the company has been far from diligent in communicating with shareholders through normal channels.

The silence was finally ended on December 11th, 2008, when MBC(ACE) posted their financial statement, reflecting a loss of L$65,500 and a Net Asset Value per share of L$0.25.

On the December 17th, 2008, MBC(ACE) announced the launch of their second channel, SL Video Tutorial TV Channel.

Hax stated in the official press release, "The Metaverse Broadcasting Co. has officially announced the launch of our second live channel called Torleyvision in honor of Torley Linden, the SL Tutorial King. The SL Video Tutorial Channel will be popular among new users who would be able to gather and watch a tutorial in world simultaneously with other users. This will allow for a far better learning experience. The channel will feature many of Torley Lindens tutorials as well as contributions from some prominent residents and original tutorial series from Metaverse TV. This tutorial channel will be exclusive to Metaverse TV media players."
