Mexican Dip

Ingredients:

2 or 3 ripe avocados

½ teaspoon lemon juice

1 bunch green onions

16 ounces of sour cream

8 ounce jar of picante or salsa

2 ripe tomatoes

2 small green peppers

8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese (grated)

Doritos and tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Chop bunch of onions including tops
  2. Chip ripe tomatoes
  3. Chop green peppers
  4. Layer in order as above and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  5. Serve dip with chips
