Ingredients:
2 or 3 ripe avocados
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 bunch green onions
16 ounces of sour cream
8 ounce jar of picante or salsa
2 ripe tomatoes
2 small green peppers
8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
Doritos and tortilla chips
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop bunch of onions including tops
- Chip ripe tomatoes
- Chop green peppers
- Layer in order as above and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Serve dip with chips
