Mexican Layer Dip

Stacy M
If you are looking for a killer dip to serve this Cinco de Mayo here is one that is sure to please. My Mexican layer dip may sound like a strange combination but stay with me and I know you will not be dissapointed!

Ingredients:

1 can Bean with bacon soup

1 envelope taco seasoning

Dash of hot sauce.

Chopped peperoni

Sour Cream

Chopped lettuce

Chopped tomatoes

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Start by combining the bean with bacon soup , taco seasoning , and hot sauce and spread into a circle in the center of your serving dish. Cover the mixture with a nice layer of sour cream and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. Shortly before serving retreive your started dip and top with chopped up peperoni (I use turkey peperoni for a lower fat option). You are now in the home stretch! From there just layer chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese (in that order). Scoop up with some fresh tortilla chips and you have one tasty snack to serve guests!
