Mexican Mole has been made for years in Mexico and the tradition continues to this very day all over Mexico and in the U.S. Mexican Mole is accustomed a lot in the country side in Mexico for weddings and fifteen teenage girls birthday parties. Mexican Mole is basically a Mexican rice sauce that goes along with Mexican fried rice, and it's made with patience and skill. To make the best Mexican Mole is an art, and it requires the best ingredients and the best skilled person to make this dish. At weddings in the Country side in Mexico the makers of Mexican Mole are usually senior citizen women who have a lot of experience in making Mexican Mole.
The ingredients in the making of Mexican Mole are several, but I can only list a few from my personal knowledge. And, one of the main ingredients is Mole from concentrate and it is a paste that comes in a jar called Mole. The second ingredient I know of is Mexican chocolate, the chocolate usually comes in large bars and its full of grains of tasty sugar. There is other ingredients, but the makers of this delicious Mexican sauce will not give out all the secret ingredients in the making this special food. I never learned how to make Mexican Mole, but I plan on learning one day. During the process of making Mexican Mole sugar is added, but not enough is added. When I eat Mexican Mole I usually add some pure sugarcane sugar to make my Mexican Mole sweet. I also like to mix the mole with the Mexican fried rice and then I taste the rich sweet spicy flavor.
If you ever want to taste Mexican Mole you need to get you a real Mexican Culture oriented friend and his or her family will make you some Mexican Mole. I have never seen Mexican Mole served in Mexican restaurants in Beaumont, Texas but if I ever opened a Mexican restaurant I would be sure to have Mexican Mole on the menu, and if you were to mention this article I would give you one dollar off your Mexican Mole dish.
