After years of having terrible symptoms related to endometriosis, surgery was the only solution to my health problems. I had a surgical hysterectomy, which included the removal of both ovaries. At thirty-six years of age, I was finally relieved from pain, and other symptoms. However, little did I realize that I would be experiencing other problems.
I was told that after a hysterectomy your body is forced into menopause, regardless of your age. The months following the surgery were filled with bouts of hot flashes and mood swings. About six months after the surgery a doctor prescribed hormone replacement pills.
However, it wasn't long before I began to experience difficulty with the pills. Night sweats and stomach upsets were only some of the problems that were beginning to plague me.
Visits to the doctor resulted in new prescriptions, each causing varying, yet similar symptoms. Next, the doctor recommended a hormone patch. I used the patch comfortably for several years, until I developed a rash, which was caused by an allergic reaction to the patch adhesive.
Not wanting to go back on hormone replacement pills, I finally went to a doctor that was a specialist in alternative health practices. After some testing was completed, the doctor recommended using Mexican Wild Yam. This wonderful lotion is available in the form of cream or gel, which is applied on your body daily. It works best when applied to the soft or more fatty areas of your body, such as the tummy or the upper arms. It is recommended that you move the location of application from time-to time for better absorption.
I have been using Mexican Wild Yam products, daily for about fifteen years with great success, and all symptoms of menopause have completely disappeared. Not only will Mexican Wild Yam relieve menopausal symptoms it also relieves symptoms of PMS. Mexican Wild Yam will also do wonders for your complexion. I frequently hear comments from other women, stating that I appear much younger than my sixty-six years.
At every opportunity, or when someone inquires about what I do, to relieve menopausal symptoms, I recommend checking into the use of Mexican Wild Yam.
Mexican Wild Yam can be purchased at most vitamin shops, health food stores, or online health and vitamin supply sites.
As with any product, check with your doctor concerning the use of Mexican Wild Yam.
