Miami Dolphins 2008 Schedule

Turnaround for the Fins?

K. Jai Estes
After a dismal 1-15 2007 season, the Miami Dolphins hope to regain some respect from their fans and their opponents. It could be a long hard-fought battle if the Fins don't take control early in the season.

Miami opens at home on September 7 against the very beatable New York Jets. However, games quickly get tough by traveling to Arizona and New England before an unfortunately early bye week.

The Dolphins have the potential for a promising 2008 season with games against division rivals New York (Jets) and Buffalo and conference rivals Oakland and Kansas City. They have a good chance of beating San Francisco at Dolphin Stadium at the end of the season too.

Of course, their most challenging games come against Arizona, Baltimore, Denver, Houston, New England, San Diego, Seattle and St. Louis. It looks like it may be an uphill battle against these teams especially New England and San Diego, which have offensive and defensive arsenals too powerful for the Fins to overcome.

Overall, Miami should do better than last season, but it will take a lot of sweat on their part to collect many wins.
