FIGHT CLUB (120 NE 20th Street)
Despite its name, Fight Club, is not merely a martial arts and boxing center. It is a fitness, lifestyle, and entertainment facility complex, complete with free weights, cardio machines, punching bags and classes that revolve around Boxing, Kickboxing and Martial Arts. Set in an industrial 11,000 square feet warehouse, the focal point of the facility is a main Boxing Ring which is available for open sparring. To help you achieve your fitness goals, the instructors are available for personal training and private lessons. Free personal consultation are available to help you set the right goals, customize an exercise program and nutritional plan and the motivation to meet your fitness goals. Group classes are available Monday through Saturday as early as 7am with an offering of boot camp, boxing (technical and cardio) and abs & glutes classes throughout the day. The newest additions to the class schedule include Saturday morning yoga classes and evening Muay Thai classes, an ancient practice based on locking and throwing techniques providing an extremely effective self-defense system against virtually any attacker, unarmed or otherwise.
Single classes are available for purchase as well as unlimited monthly memberships.

SANCTUARY 7 (1700 SW 3rd Avenue)
This is your one stop revitalizing shop. Sanctuary 7 is a 6,200 square foot fitness haven offering classes from matt pilates to semi-private and private pilates classes, as well as some of the most intense spinning classes in the city. All the equipment from spinning bikes to the pilates machines are all state of the art equipment offering exclusive performance for the best fitness results. There are also spa amenities and boutiques on site, which means you can get a haircut, facial, wax, and shop for new workout clothes in the same facility. For those sneaking a workout in, in between the workday, there are numerous private showers and private dressing rooms equipped with CHI hair dryers hung by vanity mirrors. Towels, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner and feminine supplies are available for use and an organic juice bar supplies fresh made to order shakes .Owner and instructor Nicole Perkovich has years of experience with a client base that consists of celebrities such as Madonna, Gloria Estefan and Paulina Rubio. Reservations for classes are required since space is limited.
