December 21, 2009, - Michael J. Craig, 67 of Forsyth, MO died after a single vehicle accident occurred on US 160 in Taney County, Missouri. The accident happened as Michael was driving East on UW 160 and ran off the roadway. His vehicle overturned and struck a tree. Although Michael was wearing a seat belt, he sustained fatal injuries and died on the scene. David A Uprichard, 72, also of Forsyth, Missouri, was riding as a passenger in the same vehicle. He was not wearing a safety belt and was also reported dead on the scene.

I am interested in providing an on-line Eulogy of the two individuals. If you have comments about their personality, stories, memoirs, or photos you would like to share, please email me at Story4Elle@yahoo.com.

You can see a sample of another Eulogy that I have started for Krystal Hale of Troy, MO if you would like to see the typical layout I use. If there are many photos, I can also post a slideshow of the photos I collect if there are enough to warrant such.
