Michael Jackson Autopsy "Leaked" to "The Sun"

Michael Jackson "Leaked" Autopsy Could Spell Legal Problems for Pop Icon's Doctors

Saul Relative
Just hours after the star-studded tribute to Michael Jackson at the BET Awards ceremony, the British paper, The Sun, reported that Michael Jackson's autopsy results had been "leaked." The paper printed the alleged horrific details of the emaciated state of Michael Jackson's body as it was clinically examined by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office. And if the autopsy results "leaked" to The Sun are indeed true, they point to a state that most would have never believed.

Michael Jackson's autopsy results -- at least those "leaked" to The Sun -- reveal that the pop icon was not in the habit of eating, confirming rumors that he ate as little as one meal a deal. His body was nearly skin and bones, wasted away to less than 115 pounds on a 5-foot, 10-inch frame. His stomach contents were nothing but partially dissolved pills, according to The Sun.

The autopsy report also said that the star's body was literally riddled with needle scars and puncture wounds, revealing a long history of injections, most probably the painkillers to which many believe Michael Jackson had grown addicted. But most telling were four puncture wounds around the heart, which the The Sun stated may have been efforts to inject adrenaline directly into the heart to resuscitate it after it went into arrest. One of the punctures, however, missed the heart and hit one of the singer's ribs.

As for the Michael Jackson's ribs the "leaked" autopsy results maintain the singer had suffered several broken ribs. These may have been the result of efforts attempting to revive the unresponsive star, from his personal cardiologist, Dr. Conrad Murray, to the paramedics who first responded to the 911 call to the doctors and nurses that worked on Michael Jackson at the UCLA Medical Center.

Michael Jackson's autopsy results, those that were "leaked" to The Sun, add graphic detail to the sparse official statement given by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office on Friday. After a three-hour examination, the Coroner's Office said that the cause of death was being deferred until toxicology test results returned, but that no foul play was suspected and no external trauma seemed to have occurred to Jackson's body.

But could this have been a smokescreen to assuage the press while the LAPD further investigated Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray? Could they have been buying time to get more definitive results from more intensive toxicology tests? Were they simply being prudent, not wishing to sensationalize a death that would be scrutinized extensively by the media anyway, not willing to make statements or suppositions that might come back to haunt them later?

More importantly, if the autopsy results "leaked" to The Sun are the actual results and the toxicology tests return heightened levels of several drugs in Michael Jackson's system, will there be enough to charge those that catered to Michael Jackson? Will they be charged with negligent homicide or some degree of manslaughter through willful and/or reckless endangerment?

If the Michael Jackson autopsy results "leaked" to The Sun are valid, they might spell trouble for Dr. Conrad Murray and any other physician that has attended Michael Jackson in the past several years. Their facilitation of his drug addiction could become legally problematic. And even if there isn't enough evidence to pursue criminal cases, civil lawsuits are still a possibility.

Still, it is uncertain whether or not the "leaked" autopsy results are indeed those of the pop star. But if they are valid and if they point to enabling an abuse or perhaps contributing to the death of Michael Jackson, the sudden and strange disappearance of Dr. Conrad Murray from the Jackson residence soon after the paramedics were brought in becomes not so strange after all.

Billie Jean has all the classic country lyric hooks. Child out of wedlock. One-night stand. Sounds country to me. Set it to a pop beat. Nothing to making it a country song. Glad somebody finally did, but, as far as rearrangements go, not that surprising...

Who would have thought this would work as a country song? Michael Jackson's Billie Jean? Dr BLT discovered that it would a couple of days after Michael Jackson passed away, as he was sitting in front of a local Starbucks in Bakersfield, California, strumming his guitar to a country rhythm.

After running the idea by Big House frontman, Monty Byrom, and having Monty sing it back to him, he was even more convinced. So he's taking it to the studio with rising Bakersfield country artist, Penny Marie. Here's a sample
