Michael Jackson Dies

Los Angeles coroner Fred Corral stated the actual cause of death was not known and an autopsy would likely take place on Friday according to Yahoo News. Paramedics arrived at the home of Pop Star Michael Jackson around 12:30 in the afternoon on Thursday June 25, 2009, to find him unconscious. After several attempts to revive the Star on the way to UCLA Medical Center, Michael fell into a coma. Though Michael Jackson suffered from other illnesses, the cause of the Pop Stars death today is being called cardiac arrest. The death was announced in the late of the afternoon. According to TMZ, A source inside the hospital said there was "absolute chaos" after Michael Jackson arrived. People who were with the singer were screaming, "You've got to save him! You've got to save him!"

Outside the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California an estimated 200 fans along with reporters and paparazzi gathered on Thursday afternoon, awaiting any confirmation that Michael Jackson had in fact passed or the current state of his condition. Many of his fans were in tears and hugging one another, while others were spotted climbing on to the top of fences in hopes to get a good look at the stand where the news conference was going to take place.Known for his hits since he was a young boy, with his family members, making up the Jackson 5, Michael Jackson has played a large part in the cultivation of R&B and pop music. His unique and original sound kept him at the top of charts for years. Not to mention, his great dance ability, which is the inspiration behind today's pop leaders Usher, Ne-yo and Justin Timberlake. Michael Jackson is known for his great concerts and music videos.

Michael Jackson has confronted many issues in his life time, coming from an abusive family, to his skin disorder, to his nose. Many have made fun of Michael Jackson and many have loved him. None the less Michael Jackson has contributed greatly to many people. Always putting others before himself, Michael has donated to many charitable organizations to help sick and disadvantaged children.

Michael Jackson was scheduled to perform a come back show, that sold out of tickets rather quickly. The show was to open on July 13, 2009. Due to this misfortune, it is my hope that everyone who purchased tickets for this event will receive a full refund. Though nothing has been said yet, I'm sure there will be some form of show in the honor of the Star, and for fans to say a final good bye. My heart goes out to his family, who Michael was not all that close anymore with a few of his brothers.
