Michael Jackson's MD in Deep Hole

Arraignment of Dr. Conrad Murray, former attending physician of the late Michael Jackson is set this Friday, February 5, 2010 for charges of involuntary manslaughter for the controversial death of the King of Pop.

However, Ed Chernoff, one of Murray's counsel, questions the timeline in search warrant affidavit and calling all the information therein as mere "police theory," contrary to the law enforcement's report that it came from Dr. Murray himself.

"Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory," Chernoff posted on his website.

Murray was the only doctor who treated Jackson before his death in June of 2009. He would have to be charged before he can be given a chance to enter a plea at his arraignment. But the arraignment has already been scheduled this coming Friday afternoon at a Los Angeles airport courthouse.

Although, Miranda Sevcik, spokeswoman of Murray consistently denies that the said doctor prescribed and administered lethal dose of propofol to Michael, MJ's sister, Janet, believes Murray is really responsible for her brother's death.

"He was the one that was administering," Janet Jackson said. "He is responsible!" The singer also told ABC's Robin Roberts that with what happened to Michael; Dr. Murray should not be allowed to practice medicine anymore.

The Los Angeles County coroner's report was showing that Michael Jackson was in a healthy state prior the day of "acute propofol intoxication."

His weight for a man of his height, which was 136 lbs. is normal. Jackson also had a strong heart and his major organs were functioning good, according to the report.

He had some minor health problems like arthritis in the lower spine and a few fingers and a mild plaque build-up in his leg arteries. Although his lungs were found chronically inflamed and had reduced capacity, the autopsy noted that it was not severe enough to have either caused or contributed to his death. And the only possible cause of Michael's death on June 25; was the "acute propofol intoxication," along with two other sedatives listed as contributing factors.

It can be recalled that early this year, the coroner's office ruled Jackson' death a homicide.

Meanwhile, A judge in Las Vegas has found Michael Jackson's former doctor in default on a nearly $132,000 debt related to office medical equipment and services, according to the Associated Press.

AP reported that Dr. Conrad Murray failed to appear in Clark County District Court on Wednesday before Judge Michael Villani, who found him in default and awarded a judgment to Digirad Imaging Solutions.

Murray was not represented by lawyer in the case. He was reported to have a long-standing personal and professional debts, and faced near foreclosure last summer on his Las Vegas country club home.

His spokeswoman claimed that Murray was in Los Angeles on Wednesday, meeting with defense lawyers in case he is charged in Jackson's death.

But, Digirad attorney Nathan Gibbs told the judge that Murray has never appeared in the case. He'll tally interest since 2006 and submit a written final judgment for the judge's signature.

Some sources said that Murray's financial constraints were the main reason why the doctor accepted Michael Jackson business. And that he is already financially toubled long before he met Michael.
