Michael Lohan Says Kate Majors is Lying About Domestic Violence for Money

Lindsay Lohan isn't the only one in her family with problems right now. Authorities in New York are investigating claims Kate Majors made against her fiance, Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan.

TMZ is reporting Kate Majors filed a domestic violence complaint again Michael Lohan accusing him of hitting her so hard she fell over a chair and injured her shoulder. Majors claims while she was down on the floor Michael Lohan walked up to her and kicked her hard in the face before walking out of the apartment the couple shares.

After the late Monday night fight Michael Lohan boarded a flight for Los Angeles where he and his attorney walked in minutes after his daughter Lindsay surrendered to authorities to start serving her 90 day jail sentence for a probation violation.

The complaint was filed with the Southampton Town Police department.

Michael Lohan contacted TMZ after the story broke in the media to tell his side of the story. Lohan acknowledged he and Majors got into a heated argument, but denies he ever touched her. Lohan was quoted as saying, "Kate has severe drinking problems and she's jealous of all the people involved in the show."

The show Lohan is referring to is a reality show he is producing staring himself, Kate Majors and Tiger Woods mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James.

Michael went on to say, "She has no money, no job and she's been living off of me for the last 8 months...and her dad just cut her off." He claims Kate is lying about the abuse allegations and is in a rush to sell her story to whoever will give her fast cash.

Before Majors was with Lohan she was dating former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin and worked as Lindsay Lohan's assistant.
