Micheal Jackson who died June 25, 2009 still proves to be a money maker entertainer, and he's not around for bragging rights.

The King of Pop's estate has signed the biggest recording deal in history.

Sony Music has signed with Jackson estate a 250 million dollar 10 album deal that will progress over the next seven years.

Micheal's brothers who can't seem to catch a break and are still very much alive must be seething by now.

A unit of the Sony corporation will release the first batch of new music in November. One of the conditions that must be met with the record deal is that one of the albums be never-before-released Jackson recordings.

Micheal had been with Sony Epic label for 30 years and the new deal with his estate extends his contract with the label from 2015 to 2017.

Sony has sold 28 million of Jackson albums, which include 5 million copies of the soundtrack, "This is it," a documentary of the comeback he was planning to make at the time of his death.

Future projects may include a video game, a DVD compilation of videos and a re-release of the "Off the Wall," Jackson fifth studio album, which came out back in 1979.

"During his life, Micheal's contracts set the standard for the industry," said John Branca, the co-administrator of the Jackson estate, in a statement prepared to be released Tuesday.
