Michigan Football 50/1 While MSU Sits at 100/1

Michigan State once again is getting no respect on the gridiron. After several rough seasons, the Michigan Wolverines are still getting more credit than historically inferior Michigan State. MSU has 22 wins and three bowl appearances over the past three years while Michigan has 17 wins and one bowl appearance. Despite these recent trends, Michigan is a 50/1 underdog to win the BCS National Championship while MSU is 100/1.

Although neither school should be happy with their poor level of National respect, Michigan State continues to be seen as the lesser of the two despite putting up better seasons of late.
