Michigan wins by a score of 31-28. UConn has a good running game but their secondary could get shredded.

at Notre Dame-

Brian Kelly is going to be a UM nemesis for years as the former Central Michigan boss is one of the best in the nation. Notre Dame has too many weapons in the passing game for Michigan's poor secondary to stop.

The Michigan football season prediction for this game is 35-27 Notre Dame.

vs. UMass-

Easy win. Michigan takes it 49-10

vs. Bowling Green-

A tricky spread offense and surprisingly close game but Denard Robinson is too fast for the BGSU defense at QB on the Michigan football team.

at Indiana-

Trap game, but UM wins in a shootout.

44-32 UM

Michigan wins 27-20

vs. Michigan State-

MSU has a poor secondary as does UM. Both have good passing games and running games. The difference here will be homefield advantage.

Michigan season prediction for the MSU game: 39-35 UM

vs. Iowa-

Michigan almost beat Iowa last year and they match up well with the Hawkeyes. This will be an upset win.

Michigan wins 30-24 as Robinson gets revenge from last year's freshman mistake that cost UM the game.

at Penn State-

The Nittany Lions will have time to break in a QB by this point and their defense will cause turnovers.

PSU wins 27-17

vs. Illinois-

The Illini have embarrassed UM since Rich Rodriguez took over but UM will be ready this year.

Michigan wins 26-20

at Purdue-

A shootout here, this is a tough Michigan football season prediction to make but UM owes Purdue for two close losses recently.

Michigan wins 33-28

at Wisconsin

Michigan upset Wisconsin in the first year of RR's tenure but last year showed Wisconsin is in better shape as a program.

UW wins 24-21 in this one.

at Ohio State

The two programs are just on different levels right now. UM might have a good shot to win last year but this isn't a fair matchup for the most part.

OSU wins 30-23

Final Michigan football season prediction/results: UM ends up going 8-4 while winning in a non-New Year's Day bowl game, the secondary could cause the win total to drop by as many as 2-3 games however if it isn't competent.
