When looking around the hundreds of different sites to try and find spell checker and grammar checker, I found that there were none. Of course I could find spell checker everywhere, but there was only one site that provided both spell checker and grammar checker. Then they day came were it was not working properly. This caused to me to look into other programs ones that did not require me to download them stating that they were free and they were not. That is when I found Microsoft Word. It not only helps me to apply proper spelling and grammar, but it also helps me make a more efficient article.

I am new to writing online, but I was always told that my grammar was less then desired and sometimes there were words that I would miss spell. Spelling was always my strongest point, but there are sometimes that you get to typing and you get going so fast that you will miss spell words that you would not normally miss spell. So say you switch an I and a E, It will automatically fix this without you even having to tell it to. Then if it is just a word that is cannot understand what you are trying to type. Then it will underline the word in red and when you finish typing your article you can go back and it will give you a drop down list that will give you words that are similar to the word you typed. This will save you a lot of time to try and figure out all the words that you tried to type, but misspelled.

This is a great for anyone that has a problem with broken English. If you do not apply the words that are grammatically correct it will help you to change them. Microsoft Word will actually underline them in blue. This is great because you can visually see were you might have said something wrong. When you are finished with your article, just like spell checker you can go back and it will highlight the word in blue and give you a couple of options of words that you can use instead of the word that you typed.

Also if you are anything like me and repeat the same thing in a sentence more than once or the sentence just does not make sense. Then Microsoft Word will underline it in green. I found that this helps me find things that are just that important in my writing. What I do most of the time is just delete that sentence from the whole article. It is most likely to be just a filler that I add in there, which does not really pertain to the article. If you are an online writer you know that fluff as they say is not good to have in any article. All fluff does is add more words to an article. It does not mean that the article is any better.
