Microsoft's Zune vs. Apple's Ipod: Who WIns This Holiday Season?

Which is a Better Player? Who is This a Good Gift For?

Summer
According to Vnunet.com:
In the Chicago Sun-Times, reviewer Andy Ihnatko "pulled no punches in his assessment of the player. He found it difficult to install and lacking compatibility with either Windows Media Player or Microsoft's Playsforsure scheme. It is also, he believes, loaded with features that record companies like but which users will hate."

How can anything compare to the iPod? It's compatiable with Macs and PCs, is able to play many types of files and can convert some file types to playable ones, plus it comes in tons of great colors and sizes depending on what you need. Plus they are extremely simple to use and have tons of useful accesories.

How do they compare?

IPODS ALL THE WAY! The Zune sucks and it is going to bomb. Practically everyone has an iPod and I have yet to meet someone who didn't like theirs. My first one was a blue iPod mini and I am getting the special edition PRODCUT red nano one for Christmas. The aluminum casing is great and the colors are awesome. The iPods come in small, medium, and huge storing capacities so you can pay for the size you want. Apple's support is great and they are often releasing updates for the iTunes software, which they have available as a free download on their site as well as on CD when you buy your iPod. There are movies, podcasts, tv shows, music, everything you could possibly want. And with the newly added Disney stuff, they are great portable devices for every person in your family.
