Book a room at the Red Fox Inn
The Red Fox Inn was built in 1728 and is placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The inn offers 14 guestrooms ranging from $175 to $375 per night. Although many rooms cater to couples, others are low key for guests on their own.
Forego deliveries from chain eateries. Treat yourself at the inn's acclaimed restaurant, which offers a seasonal menu prepared with local ingredients. Indulge in egg Benedict, omelets and artisanal breads for breakfast. Steamed mussels, soups and hearty sandwiches are available for lunch and dinner.
