1/4 cup ground beef
1/4 cup pork sausage meat - crumbled
1/4 cup chicken - finely chopped white or dark meat
6 oz mozzarella cheese - shredded
6 oz cheddar cheese - shredded
4 eggs - large or extra large
1 cup cream - half and half may be substituted
1 frozen pie crust shell in pan
1 scallion - green tops only - chopped
1 yellow onion - medium - chopped
1 tomato - seeded and chopped finely
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil or butter
4 tbsp Barbeque Sauce - your favorite brand and flavor

Lightly Saute Meat, Scallion, Onion and Tomato With Chili Powder ,Black Pepper and Barbeque Sauce in Butter or Olive Oil
Lightly saute ground beef, sausage, chicken, scallion, onion, tomato, garlic powder, and chili powder in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil or butter. Stir in Barbeque Sauce and set aside. Don't cook the meat completely since it will be baking in the oven.2
Beat 4 Eggs with Cream and Fold In Cheeses
Beat 4 large or extra large eggs, add cream and fold in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.3
Combine Sauteed Meat and Egg Mixture and Pour Into Pie Crust
Combine the sauteed meats with the egg, cream and cheese mixture. Prick the pie crust shell and make fork holes in the sides and bottom of the dough. Pour in the combined mixture.4
Bake in 400 Degree Oven for 45 Minutes or Until Top is Lightly Browned
