Today's Report

Weight: 170# Still!

Silhouette: Still hard to detect a difference without a silhouettometer.

Attitude: Good.

.
Menu

Breakfast Leftover crescent roll. Break time included a doughnut and a piece of cake (!), and a liverwurst sandwich.

Lunch: Another LW sandwich, a red plum, two little Italian plums (very prune like) and a nut bar.

Dinner: 3 breaded fish fillets and some mashed potatoes, washed down with some lemonade and red grapes. Half a banana.

Challenges: What can you say when someone runs to the store in the morning and offers to 'get chu anything?' Well I said no thanks, but when he comes back with six glazed doughnuts for three guys, then what do you do? Who cares? What I would do is eat...one! Yeah, just one. FAILCESS Now, what do you do when Mikey's wife sent a bunch of pound cake 'for the guys'? I already told you that I don't care what YOU would do! Only kidding, I care, I CARE! Anyway, I ate a piece. FAILURE

Thoughts: We were working on a farm house today and one of the farm cats found 'my' doughnut. He took care of it for me. Not that I was going to go looking for it. As I told Anthony today, "I have to make my report tonight." It's bad enough that I have to confess a doughnut and a piece of cake!

I chose the 'silhouette' as a category for daily reporting. While that is hard to measure objectively, other indicators are positive. I am noticing the 5# worth of change, especially when I sit down, and can now tell that something is happening. This kind of change is encouraging!

I am more and more impressed with anyone I've ever heard of who has been able to lose weight, and maintain, a great weight loss. Congratulations to you!

Stolen diet tip from Kim Kardashian: Eat 2 bites of the forbidden food then pour the rest of your champagne over it! (We all have champagne, right)? :)
