Mike Tyson the former World Heavyweight Champion is one interesting character. Born June 30, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the youngest man ever to win the world heavyweight champion belt. During the prime of his career, he was the most dominant fighter out there. Fifty wins, six loses, two no contest, with forty four big knockouts.

As a child Tyson was raised in one of the most baddest parts of Brooklyn. Tyson as a young teen had quickly gained a bad reputation on the streets. In and out of trouble with the police, mostly for street fighting. Tyson had always had the ability to fight even as a child. So when he was discovered by Cus D Amoto, D' Amoto knew that he was cut out to be the world heavyweight champion one day and that day did arrive. He began as a professional boxer in the year of 1985. It was a breeze for him during his early matches, nothing but knockouts,mostly in first round knockouts. Iron Mike was devastating on the offense and incredible on the defense. The power of his punches and his eye coordination made him a ticken time bomb ready to explode. Later on in his career he was married to Robin Givens. During this time alot of things began to change around for Tyson.

At this time CusD Amoto had already passed away and Tyson was being trained by Kevin Rooney, whom he fired in 1998.Tyson's skills slowly started to deteriorate without the help of Kevin Rooney. His marriage was headed down a dead end road. Mike's personal life interfered badly in his career. At this time Don King is now training him. In the year of 1990 losing for the first time in his whole career losing his championship belt to James Buster Douglas in Japan. 1992 Tyson was convicted of rape of Desiree Washington in Indiana.1997 he was disqualified for biting Evander Holyfield's ear which lead to suspension of his boxing license, but the world can't get enough of Mike Tyson. Tyson stays in the limelight and in the news. He even tried out professional wrestling for a while, which didn't last long.

The year 1998 Tyson's Mercedes was rear ended in Maryland, when Tyson beat up the two guys in that vehicle.He was eventually sentenced to two years for assault on the two motorist.1999 back into the boxing ring Tyson knocked down the referee on purpose to continue to fight Lou Savarese after the bell. In the year of 2000 Tyson tested positive for marijuana in a urine sample and in 2003 him and his wife Monica divorced whom they had children together. Tyson filed bankruptcy and the home that he once live was later purchased by rapper 50 cent (Curtis Jackson). Tyson now is considered broke compared to the wealth that he is used to, and is living life as a low class citizen.
