One great entree is the Gyro Plate which offers one gyro, one drink, one salad bar visit and a bag of any flavor potato chips- all for under $6.00. Brisket is also reasonably priced and like all the items at Milano's, is cooked to professional perfection.
The location, just across from the University, makes Milano's perfect for students on the go in transit between work and school. Walking in, you are greeted by an enthusiastic manager and/or a wonderful student staff to take your order. The place is big and hardly ever crowded, decorated in interesting antiques of all kinds and even complimented with an extensive video arcade room for the younger guys.
Milano's includes a pool table, full length television and all-hour salad bar featuring the best romaine you've ever had. The newest issue of Oklahoma Gazette can be found at Milano's for reading while you wait, or if you're in a hurry, catch the place during peak lunch hours to get in on the buffet special.
The menu is vast with diverse choices, so you don't have to feel cornered to eat something you don't want. The prices are all reasonable, even for the larger orders, making Milano's a smart choice for budget conscious consumer. So even if you don't catch the thrifty buffet hours, you can show up anytime and get a good meal for cheap. The cross between Greek and American cuisine makes for a great time. You can order a side of ribs and a small pizza, for instance, while you watch a sitcom on the massive television provided in the main dining area.
No matter what you like for lunch or dinner, chances are Milano's carries something to your taste. The hospitality is great and the food is always consistent. I've never left the place feeling unsatisfied or broke. My favorite aspect about the place is how every visit is either equal to, or greater than the last.
It's a good feeling to go to one diner consistently and have them remember your name, cook your food right and get it to you pretty dang quick. Milano's is great for family dinners, birthdays or just a quick bite before class. Visit them today and find out what's so great about it or call them up for delivery at (405)-341-4447.
