Miles' Sugar Rush

Dedicated to My Son, Miles. Happy Halloween

Dotchi Latham
Creaky, squeaky, crackle, crunch
Children come to beg for munch
Dressed as goblins
Dressed in gore
They go to houses
Begging for more
With screams and howling
This scary sight
Princes and witches
Are friends tonight.
This is a night for hauntings
For fun jokes and tauntings
For having fun with your sugar high
Getting so hyper you almost fly
Running in circles in many laps
Until your parents want to collapse
When you've had so much fun you could just scream
You know you've had a Happy Halloween!

That's cute. All the kids are jacked up on sugar Halloween night. They should always be allowed to stay home from school the next day! LOL
