The video of Miley Cyrus smoking saliva is all over the Net and Cyrus claims she's "embarrassed" by it and that she is "trying to turn things around." Whatever the case may be, Cyrus is busy. She's in New Orleans filming a new movie and she's hanging out in clubs with people like Kelly Osbourne.

Her mom has been with her in NOLA, but there's no sign of Billy Ray Cyrus, who took to his twitter about the video, "Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I'm so sad. There is much beyond my control right now." Of course, Billy Ray and Tish are in divorce proceedings.

Anna Oliver had to delete both her Facebook and her Twitter pages due to numerous death threats from Miley Cyrus fans, but Miley Cyrus and Anna Oliver are still friends. Oliver was visiting Cyrus on the set of "So Undercover, " after the salvia video hit the Net, until Cyrus sent her home so that she could get back to work.

If Miley Cyrus and Anna Oliver are indeed still friends, isn't it time Miley's adoring fans get over it? Miley is becoming an adult and she's ditched the "Hannah Montana" image. She's getting on with her life, and the salvia video likely won't do much damage to her career as long as incidents like the salvia video don't start to dominate her resume.

Dr. Drew, the celebrity rehab specialist, claimed Miley is in trouble based on everything going on in her life including her parents' divorce, "This cat is out of the bag. This is a child who is in trouble and who is suffering and this is her way of trying to manage that. Get professional help." However, some would say it's a bit premature for that type of statement.
