I know, your first thought is "oh great, another city sim on Facebook? Well this is a whole new breed of SimCity knock off's. Firstly, even the trees have a purpose in this game. Planning vegetation will increase the income you receive from each property. You have regular and Luxury properties, you earn the in-came bonus currency (Gold) easily in this game by completing missions, Oh yeah this City Sim has missions you need to complete to advance.
This City Sim has a lot to offer. Let's start with the Vegetation. Each tree, or bush, you plant near a developed house will increase the revenues by +2% or better. This really helps when collecting rent from your simulated community.

Properties are divided into categories, Housing, Commercial, and Wonders. Housing is divided into regular and luxury properties, with the luxury costing more but giving you more from each rent. Commercial properties are the real nitch in this game. Centering them so that the maximum amount of tenants is within range of each business is tricky at first. Once you get beyond the tutorial and buy a second plot of land organizing becomes easier. Wonders on the other hand are tricky. First they take FOREVER to build. The nice thing is that if you get your friends help you can rapidly build these building and gain the benefits of having them in your city.

Missions are trying at times. The earlier missions go by fast, simply planting or harvesting earns you a few thousand dollars and 15 or so gold. Once you reach level 10 things really heat up. Space becomes limited and you still need to drop businesses in to complete additional missions. Once I needed to drop the florist in and build around it I discovered that just a little road goes a long way. Connecting each housing unit, business, and wonder is imperative if you want to collect rent or profit.

Basically this game is a lot like the other sim games on Facebook in that you must build businesses, rental properties, and scenery. The best additions are the missions, the property rental system, and the expansions. This game has enough new features to set it well apart from the other SimCity knockoffs. If you are a Facebook gamer this is a definite must play. If you are not, this would be a great place to start!
