Mind Wiping: The Key to Releasing Negative Emotions
Simple Technique Can Rid You of Painful Emotional Baggage
Mind Wiping is a technique you can learn to do at home that will get rid of any negative emotions you don't want to carry around with you any longer. Mind Wiping is also used to treat depression and the negative feelings associated with it. It's also been used by many people to erase negative feelings and emotions they've carried with them throughout their lives. In just a few short minutes of using the Mind Wiping technique these people report that they've never looked back on those negative feelings again.
Counselors, psychologists, and therapists don't want you using this technique. They'd prefer you to return to them week after week giving them money to dredge up your past and attempt to "cure" you by making you relive the pain over and over until you accept it. With Mind Wiping, it takes about five minutes to completely banish painful childhood memories and keeps those old memories of agony from returning.
The following is a personal testimony from fellow writer and author Milli Thornton who has successfully used the Mind Wiping technique:
"Some issues from my life embedded with a lot of emotion got triggered by a healing consultation. Besides unpleasant emotion, I was unable to sleep. I've experienced tons of sleep deprivation in my life and this was the severe kind. No sleep till five or six a.m. type of insomnia.
I recently bought a copy of Mind Wiping and had tried it once but was not sure it worked. During one of these sleepless nights I got up around 2 a.m., cracked the book open, and reviewed the technique. After practicing the technique on everything I could think of related to my triggered stuff, I was finally able to get some sleep.
Although I was sleeping better, I was still having trouble falling asleep after going to bed. Waiting for sleep one night, it occurred to me to ask my subconscious mind to take me to an issue directly related to my troubles with falling asleep. I was immediately taken to a childhood memory that had not surfaced in decades.
My father had been invited on a friend's fishing boat and we kids were along for the ride. It was night-time and we were out in the middle of a big bay (it may have been San Francisco Bay, I'm not sure). The boat was rocking on the waves and I was afraid it would sink. It was dark in the cabin where my little sister and I were trying to sleep and I was scared.
I "mind wiped" the incident and this improved my ability to sleep.
In my quest to find the roots of my insomnia, I never would have landed on this memory of my own accord. It turned out to be just one more piece in the puzzle, but I was impressed with my subconscious mind offering up a key piece of information when I asked for it. I felt motivated to continue. For the next several days I mind-wiped whatever came up related to sleep issues. The past three nights of sleep have been wonderful. I even got up earlier than usual this morning after a good night's rest.
I now get all kinds of ideas on stuff I can mind wipe and I look forward to my little sessions. The technique is easy to learn and quick to do. For the price of a book, this is great value."
