2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese (softened)
4 eggs
1/2 cu. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. vanilla
Beat ingredients together till smooth and creamy. Put on vanilla wafer in foil tin that are placed in mini muffin tins. Pour mixture on top of wafter till 3/4 full. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and top with cherry pie filling or any other filling that you like. (3 cherries to a tart)
1 can makes 24 tarts
