The prices will vary depending on coupons and what events are going on. I only wanted to play one game because we were short on time. We paid $9.99 for each person since we were all over twelve years of age. I also had a $1.00 coupon that I cut from a discount booklet. I must say that you can find discount books every where. I found coupons in one called Smoky Mountain Monster Discount Coupons, Best read Guide Smoky Mountains, and many others. There are also discounts for doing different attractions sponsored by Ripley's like the Haunted Adventure, Moving Theater or the Ripley's Believe it or not museum. With combination tickets you can save over $16.00.
Davey Crockett is conveniently located on 188 Parkway at the first light. It is so big that you cannot miss it. The parking lot is so big that there is always plenty of parking. There is a red light so it is easy to get into the parking lot and out when you are done playing.
When you are done paying for your tickets you move to where they have the golf balls. There is a range of colors this year. I used a purple ball, my daughter had black and my husband used a light blue. They also have pink, red, yellow, orange, green, dark blue, and dark green. Great variety. Next you moved to pick up a golf club or putter. They had a good range of sizes also. My husband is six feet tall so he needed a little bigger club than I did since I am only five three. The last thing we pick up was a score sheet and pencil. Out the door we went to play eighteen holes of mini golf. After playing seventeen holes of golf we went to the last hole number 18. This is a great hole to shoot. If you get a hole in one, you will earn a free game of mini golf. I am a bad shot so I usually let my husband hit my ball. This year we only won one free game but because we were leaving I had to give the game away. I looked for a family who had more than one child and give them the ticket.
You could also go to http://www.attractions-gatlinburg.com/ripley_s_davy_crockett.html to see what the game looks like. While there you can see ticket prices. You can print out directions as well.
This is a great adventure for you and your family no matter how old you are. I would suggest that you go here before you do anything else. That way you can save money if you choose to do more than one adventure by Ripley's.

Post a CommentThanks for the great Tennessee recommendation!
Sounds fun, I like to try them now and then, especially when they make it a challenge, but real golf is better:-)Sheri
