I wanted to take baby steps towards a new fitness routine, and it turns out that baby steps were the right way to go. The Mini Home Exercise Cycle measures a mere fourteen by seventeen by twelve inches. Unlike a full-sized exercise bike, the Mini Home Exercise Cycle only has the pedals of an exercise bike. But it totally made sense to me because I realized that the only part of the exercise bikes in the gym that I would use was the pedals. The fact that the Mini Home Exercise Cycle was literally portable bicycle pedals appealed to me. Not only could I work out at home easily, but I could get away with working out in the office too. Right under my desk while I was doing my paper work or making phone calls (which takes up about five hours of my day), and no one would even notice!
When I got the Mini Home Exercise Cycle I was quite disappointed with the quality of the product. I did not expect a lot for eighty dollars, but it certainly looked much better in the photos. I had quite a hard time keeping it in place the first time I used it. I had to buy those adhesive things to stick to the bottom of the Mini Home Exercise Cycle so that I could keep it stable. Apart from those minor glitches though, I am happy with the Mini Home Exercise Cycle. I love that I could pedal forward and backwards with the Mini Home Exercise Cycle. I like that I can work out at any time of the day without much fuss or hassle.
Another feature of the Mini Home Exercise Cycle is that there is a large LED display that monitors your calories, time and distance. But I hardly even noticed or was conscious of the display. I would just pedal and pedal, under my table at work, sometimes during the weekend I would bring it home. Before I knew it I had lst five pounds already during the first week. This inspired and motivated me to lose even more weight. So I just kept going and now, after two months, I have already lost a total of twenty pounds. Amazing! I highly recommend this.
