Novelty Golf and Game Room
With wacky and rickety vintage displays, the golf and game center is one of Chicago's best putt-putt golf courses. From the Sears Tower to the Statue of Liberty and everything in between, Novelty Golf and Game Room has two eighteen hole miniature golf courses to play. If golfing is not your thing, multiple batting cages are available. Whether you hit minor league slow or major league fast, there is a batting cage suitable for you hitting pleasure. The requisite video room is here too, providing entertainment to even the least athletically inclined people. There is, of course, also a 'greasy spoon.' No putt-putt golf center would be complete without a restaurant serving up hot dogs and hamburgers at reasonable prices. Located at 3650 W. Devon Avenue in Lincolnwood, its course fees are very reasonable - topping out at $8.50 per adult on the weekends. Hours vary by season!
Par-King Skill Golf
Located at 2171 North Milwaukee Avenue in Lincolnshire, this miniature golf center features two eighteen hole putt-putt courses. Known for its wacky holes, this Chicago area miniature golf course contains water holes, mechanical objects, hundreds of curbs and even more metal railings as well as multiple changes in elevation. It is the only local Chicago course where you can send your golf ball on a ride on a roller coaster. Fee's very from $6.00 - $8.25 per person depending on the time of your visit. Summer hours are 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday and 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday.
The Green at Grant Park
An upscale version of miniature golf, the Green at Grant Park is a classic eighteen hole putt-putt golf course. No kitschy or corny holes, golfers at The Green experience Buckingham Fountain, the Sears Tower and other Chicago landmarks. The Green Café, located on the premise offers cold drinks and typical golf course food. Fee's range between $10 - $20 and hours vary by season
The avid miniature golfer is sure to find a perfect course among the many putt-putt golf courses of Chicago.
