Miniature Golf Courses in Northern Virginia

With the summer coming around I am a big fan of playing miniature golf and have a few favorite miniature golf courses that I just love to play at in the Northern Virginia area.

Woody's Golf Range has a fantastic miniature golf course called Perils of the Lost Jungle. The course is located at 11801 Leesburg Pike, Herndon, VA 20170. You can reach them at 703-430-8337 and the range is open from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. This course was rated one of the top 5 mini golf courses by Newsweek Magazine. The price for adults is $9.50 and children from 3- 12 cost $8.50. If you have a large group of 15 or more the range offers a 15% discount. I would just be careful because balls from the driving range can come into the mini course so if you have small children I would not go during a very busy time of the day just to be safe. The Dulles Golf Center and Sports Park located at 21593 Jesse Court, Dulles, Virginia 703-404-8800 is a great place to try your hand at miniature golf! This is a challenging course because it has fountains, sand traps, water traps, ect. The course is at the Rock Garden and is 18 holes. The cost of this is $7.50 for adults and $6 for kids from the age 4-12. This course has been ranked among the top 100 golf ranges in North America for the past 8 years. The nice things is that this facility is open year round so when you can't play mini golf you can engage in the other wonderful activities the park has to offer. East Potomac Park Golf Course is located in Washington DC 972 Ohio Dr. SW 202-554-7660. This is an amazing course because it overlooks the Potomac River and overhead you can see planes landing at National Airport all the time which make this course such a treat. If it is your lucky day you can even see the President's helicopter fly overhead. This mini golf course does not have a site so be sure to call to get information or have any questions answered before you go out there.
