Mint and Chocolate Grasshopper Pie

1 Large pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups Cool whip
6 Oreo cookies (chopped fine)
1 Oreo pie crust
1 square semi sweet backing chocolate, or use melted chocolate chips

Mix pudding with milk. Hand beat for 2 minutes until mixed well. Fold 1 1/2 cups cool whip and the chopped Oreo's. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Top with remaining cool whip. Melt chocolate and drizzle across top like a checkerboard. Refrigerate 2 hours or freeze till firm.

(If frozen let stand 10 or so minutes at room temperature to soften before cutting and serving.
