Miss Universe 2010 pageant hosts Bret Michaels and Natalie Morales announced the Miss Universe 2010 Top 5 results tonight after two hours of televised coverage, and no-doubt months worth of off-camera work on the parts of the girls and crews involved in tonight's event.

The exciting moment came only after very detailed, careful consideration by pageant judges. The judges' scores were tabulated by an independent accounting firm to ensure accuracy. After revealing the Miss Universe 2010 Top 5 results, the contest was then narrowed down to just two girls. Who would take it home?

Monday night's Miss Universe 2010 pageant was held in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Hotel. The annual event was put on by Miss Universe and Miss USA pageant owner Donald Trump, and attended by such well-known celebs such as Jane Seymour.

And the Winner of the Miss Universe 2010 Pageant Is....Miss Mexico!

Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete, was crowned Miss Universe 2010 tonight, beating out all the other girls who represented dozens of countries worldwide to earn the title! An excited Miss Universe 2010 told fans she was too excited to speak following her win, expressing "I can't think of anything [to say]!" in her native tongue.
