The winner of Miss World 2009, according to Merinews, is 23 year old Miss Gibraltar, Kaiane Aldorino. With all the lovely ladies, the winner of Miss World 2009 was certainly a difficult decision for the judges to make!
The first runner up for Miss World 2009 is Miss Mexico Perla Beltran. The second runner up is Tatum Keshwar from South Africa.
