The Mistletoe Merchants will be in Memphis, Tennessee, at the Memphis Agricenter October 5 through 7. If you are like many of others out there, by the time Christmas rolls around, you will be overwhelmed with festivities and may not have much time to go shopping for gifts and decorations. So this year, why not get an early start on Christmas shopping and visit the Mistletoe Merchants?

The Mistletoe Merchants will be at the Memphis Agricenter, which is located at 7777 Walnut Grove off of Germantown Parkway near Shelby Farms. The Mistletoe Merchants will be open October 5-7. On Friday, October 5 and Saturday, October 6, they will be open from 9 AM until 6 PM. The hours on Sunday, October 7 are 11 AM until 5 PM. Admission price for adults is $8, and children 12 and under are free. For those that are shopping enthusiasts, a three day pass can be purchased for $15. What can you expect to find at Mistletoe Merchants? Food, toys, women, men and children's holiday clothing and boutiques, accessories, shoes, handbags, jewelry, beauty products, home accessories and home decorations, to name a few. The Mistletoe Merchants will be featuring several events. The first is a book signing and demonstration by Gaye Morrison, author of Simply Big Cookies. The book signings will take place Friday and Saturday at noon and at 2 PM, and on Sunday at 3 PM. Another book signing will be featuring Carol V. Aebersold and Chanda A. Bell, authors of The Elf on the Shelf. This book sign will take place on Saturday from 1 - 3 PM. Copies of the book will be available onsite for purchase at a price of $29.95. 30% of all book sales of this book will be donated to the Make A Wish Foundation of the Mid-South.
Kristian Alfonso, who plays Hope Brady on NBC's Days of Our Lives, will be available for a meet and greet on Saturday at 1 PM.
A seminar given by Krisann Blair on the topic of holiday organizing. In her seminar, Krisann will speak about taking the hassle and stress out of preparing for the holidays. There is a holiday cooking demonstration, given by chef Shawn Thomas of DaVinci's restaurant. These demonstrations will take place on Friday at 11 AM and 3 PM, and on Saturday at 4 PM. There will also be a daily fashion fashion show each day of the Mistletoe Merchants from 1 - 3 PM. The fashion show will feature the newest fashion of this year's upcoming holiday season.
This year at Mistletoe Merchants, there will be a Silent Auction to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation of the Mid-South. The auction is split into two sessions, occuring both Friday and Saturday from 11 AM - 1 PM.

There is alot going on at this year's Mistletoe Merchants, and you will want to make sure to mark your calendar to go. Christmas is just around the corner - it will be here sooner that we expect! Won't it feel good to have everything taken care of early this year so that you can really enjoy the holiday season?
