MLB Vintage World Series Films- Philadelphia Phillies Dvd Review

This dvd shows the Philadelphia Phillies in four World Series. This was made in 2006, and produced both by MLB Productions, and A&E Home Video. This is in color, and black and white. The total time of the dvd is about 3 hours long.

1950 World Series Film

1980 World Series Film
Phillies vs Kansas City Royals

1983 World Series Film
Phillies vs Baltimore Orioles

1993 World Series Film
Phillies vs Toronto Blue Jays

My only disappointment is, they didn't show more on the 1980 team. That was a special team, that earned the nickname "Never Say Die". This team, is the only team of the four that won a world series. I feel they could of shown more with this team.

Overall this is a good dvd to have. I liked how they show highlights, and narrate on what happened in each game on film. I also liked how they have footage of the "Whiz Kids" from 1950. Then the interviews they had with the players perspectives in the 1993 World Series film were cool.
