Moisturizing Gel Review: Biotherm Aquasource Ultra-Cool Hydrating Water-Gel

I cannot live without this. After I wash my face and use a toner, I always put this on. The cooling and refreshing effect that this has makes my face feel ten times better. The name says just what it does: Aquasource Ultra-Cool Hydrating Water-Gel. It refreshes my face and hydrates my face.

The texture is like a watery gel and it goes on like water on my face and feels like water. This is unlike any oil-free or oil-based moisturizer that I used before. I love the refreshing feeling that I get from putting this on.

I always put moisturizer over it because this is never enough for my normal to combination face. Maybe if your face is extremely oily, this might work on you as the only moisturizer, but I wouldn't recommend it because this absorbs very quickly and it might be enough for maybe couple of hours, but this is kind of like water. So, you might feel so moisturized when you put some water in your face, but after like ten minutes, all the water will either evaporate or be absorbed in your face and you are left with nothing. This works kind of like that. You will feel so refreshed and hydrated for a lot longer than water, a couple of hours, but it will evaporate and absorbed and you'll be left with nothing.

This is a little pricy costing $32 at 1.7fl oz. One bottle of this will last you probably two months. And, you don't NEED it, because you need a moisturizer over it anyways. But, I keep coming back for more. I just love it. I get that radiance on my face from using this and this radiance I get just lights up my face. I guess what I love the most about this is the cool and refreshing feeling that I get from this. It only lasts a few hours though but I just love putting this on. So, if you're like me and you want to spoil yourself and experience that refreshing feeling, you may just fall in love, but, if you don't want to spend $32 at something that you don't really need, don't. So, you don't need this, but as you probably know, the most important thing that you have to take care of for younger looking skin is moisture and sun care. So, Aquasource Ultra-Cool Hydrating Water-Gel is a really great one to try if you feel like you need some more moisture on your skin even if you use a good moisturizer.

Biotherm came up with a new serum, called Aquasource Super Serum, and I hear that it's kind of like this Except, that this is a serum, and the one I was talking about is a gel.
