Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada: Restaurant Review

Richard Banks
A classic French bistro in the heart of Las Vegas is Mon Ami Gabi, which translations to "My friend Gabi". Gabi is the world renowned Executive Chef who owns and operates Mon Ami Gabi. Whether guests are looking for traditional dishes such as crepes or quiches or the signature steak frites, Mon Ami Gabi has everything to resemble the streets of Paris.

First Impressions

Mon Ami Gabi takes dining to the next level. This statement is powerful, yet true. The sight alone will make guests awestruck. From the placement of the dinnerware to the perfected corners of the napkins, Mon Ami Gabi left no stone overturned. A word of advice, make a reservation. Every seat was filled as if it were grand opening day.

Menu

Aside from the traditional French cuisine, guests will be treated to some of the finest dishes imaginable. Delectable poultry dishes, savory beef and pork, and market fresh seafood. Although the meals were great, guests should be prepared to pay. The average cost for an entrée is $20. This amount is at the low end. Hors D'Oeuvres, side salads, and desserts are more inexpensive, but typically run in the range of $8-$12.

My Take and Thoughts

I was impressed, amazed, and take aback by everything Mon Ami Gabi had to offer. There was not one part of this restaurant which would fail to amaze any guest. Even though the prices of the meals were high, quality has no price.

Mon Ami Gabi has set itself apart from every other restaurant in Las Vegas, whether they serve French cuisine or not. Step one foot into Mon Ami Gabi and judge for yourself.
