Uncle Sam loves all Americans. He has invested billions to protect us, and it is worth the cost. Each life is precious and no person should get hurt. 99% of violence is committed by loners, and there are millions of them. Some have flipped and went on a shooting spree. Mentally ill loners are hard to detect because many have no prior arrest record. Quiet neighbors must be watched for suspicious activity. We must all learn to be nosey. A well financed outreach program must be developed by the government. Loners must be visited and often questioned. The wrong answer will set off an alarm leading to their arrest. A sick loner in handcuffs is a guarantee that no innocent person will be murdered or maimed. There is presently no sure way to prevent a loner from bursting out of their shell and going berserk. The best that can be done is to have them identified and put into a well policed environment. To help decrease the costs of having them removed from their jobs and homes, a work program must be established. They could be trained to manufacture simple equipment for the military. Artillery shells and bullets are in short supply. Combat boots and uniforms are also needed. The loners that resist must be shot and killed. If freed they would be a danger to others. The problems caused by loners will never be solved until the loner no longer exists. The loner develops its ant-social habits at an early age. Well assimilated instructors must be recruited. The young should never be allowed to be alone. They should be escorted wherever they go. Public schooling should start at the age of two. The school day should be no less than twelve hours. Sleeping arrangements must be made where no child sleeps alone. The recognition in a child of a tendency to be alone is dangerous. They must be sent to a well policed environment. There they will be trained to produce military equipment. Fighting violent crime is the number one responsibility of good government. It can only be done by identifying the criminal before the crime is committed. Statistics have shown that there is a strong relationship between violent crimes and loners. It is rare to find a well assimilated person going berserk and committing a violent a crime. Liberals claim that a person has a right to be alone. They also claim that unless a crime is committed there should be no arrest. But peace loving citizens must be protected. Even if it takes the arrest and detention of 30 million loners.
