Have You Played All the Monopoly Games by Hasbro?

Everybody loves the board game of Monopoly by Hasbro where you try to collect monopolies of properties in order to be deemed the big winner. People play monopoly in their free time and a single Monopoly game can be continued for hours on end and sometimes days on end if the players want to continue. However, has Hasbro gone too far? Are people Monopolied-out? One thing is for sure, though, and that is Monopoly players don't get tired of the game that can leave you wanting for more.

There are actually over 30 different types of games that hold the name Monopoly to them. Let's take a look at some of the more popular ones and some of the more recent ones that Hasbro has claims to.

Disney

If you're addicted to all-things Disney related you can be sure that you'll enjoy the Disney Monopoly board game that can be bought at any toy store. The properties include everything from Beauty and the Beast to Aladdin and Snow White. The character pieces are also Disney characters. The players can choose from Snow White, Dumbo, or Alice in Wonderland just to name a few. Disney Monopoly is a simple deviation from the standard Monopoly board game, but it is just as fun, entertaining, and occupying as the original Monopoly.

Collector's Editions of Monopoly

There are several collectors' editions of the Monopoly board game out there and some of the more interesting ones revolve around football and baseball. To name a few of the sports teams that have been made into Monopoly games, there is the Chicago Bears Collector's Edition of Monopoly, New York Met's Collectors Edition, Monopoly board games involving the Atlanta Braves, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. These sports Monopoly board games are a great gift for any sports fan and do provide hours of fun!

Other Monopoly Collector's Editions include Superman Returns, an M&M's Collector's Edition, and an "I Love Lucy" edition. Most of the collector's edition board games usually have to be purchased from an online retail store, but you just may be lucky enough to find them in a toy store or collector's store.

Hasbro has definitely done Americans who love Monopoly a favor by producing all these different types of Monopoly board game and there is surely no shortage from Monopoly Editions to choose from. The real question is whether or not Hasbro has truly satiated board game player's thirst for an unlimited opportunity to play fun and exciting board games. The answer lies in each individual's preference for playing Monopoly and what types of properties and characters they want to be able to play with!
